You need to fill in your WeChat ID so that we can add them as friends before initiating the transfer.

You need to go to your WeChat to find "privacy" _ "friends' permissions" _ "Methods for friendship me" _ "find me by searching" in WeChat "Me" _ "Settings", and check the Weixin ID. So we can add you to continue.

If you are a non Chinese person, please fill in your full name in the name column, making sure it is not a nickname.

About Alipay account:

Please note that your Alipay account is invalid in two cases:

First, your collection account is restricted from collecting money, because of the risk control restrictions of Alipay system, you need to apply for lifting the restrictions; Or Alipay system prevented us from paying you. Especially transfers between different countries and regions are susceptible to the aforementioned risk control restrictions. Please try lifting restrictions or changing accounts;

Secondly, your privacy settings do not allow you to be found through email or phone number, or transfer money through email or phone number. Please change your settings.
